Pumpkin pies!

Choose a good baking pumkin or two (not one of these pretty gourds).
Cut it and scoop out all the seeds and strings.
Bake the pumpkins at 350 degrees for 45 minutes (or until soft)
While pumpkins are baking, feed seeds and strings to chickens and goats.
Scoop out the soft pumpkin meat and mix with sugar (about 1/2 cup for every cup of pumpkin), spices, condensed sweetened milk, and a couple eggs. Use stick blender or food processor to make the mess smooth.
Use a pre-made crust and a cookie cutter to put little crusts into a muffin tin. Fill half way to three-quarters of the way with pumpkin filling. Then bake at 450 for 25 minutes. Let cool til firm. They will burn your tongue if you skip this important step!
Clean-up while the pies are in the oven.
Then enjoy!

If you would rather have a big pie:
Follow all the same steps until baking, then bake at 450 for 15 minutes, then drop the temperature to 325 for 40-45 minutes more.
